Detroit Lions won't tender Kerry Hyder, making him a free agent

No surprise at all.


In Kerry Hyder's first season after a torn Achilles Tendon, the coaches clearly didn't view him as a good fit in the Lions new Defensive system. I think its in Hyder's best interest to sign with another team. I don't anticipate the Lions re-signing him, even at the NFL Veteran Minimum'
