Lions sign big CB Michael Jackson, activate rookie DE Austin Bryant for practice

This roster move very likely was geared towards later in the season and possibly much longer.
Michael Jackson has plenty of upside potential. It surprised me he lasted to Round 5.
Though Jackson was released by the Cowboys and in essence had to go the Practice Squad Route, he seems like a player well worth tbe tine and effort for the Lions to try to develop. Jackson appears to be a very good system fit for the Lions, in terms of his natural skill level.
