Detroit Lions considered 1-point underdogs for home tilt with Minnesota Vikings
……………..
The Lions have a huge challenge against the Vikings, one of tbe most talented teams in tbe NFL. If the Lions enter this game relatively healthy in the Secondary and have enough relatively healthy Defensive Lineman, tbe Lions should match up better against the Vikings Offense than tbe Giants and Eagles did in Minnesota's previous 2 games. Especially, at CB.

Vikings at Lions
MDS’s take: The Lions suffered a heartbreaking loss on Monday night, and that kind of game is hard to come back from. A loss here drops them far down in the NFC North race. MDS’s pick: Vikings 31, Lions 24.
Florio’s take: This is precisely the kind of game that it seems like the Vikings and Kirk Cousins will win, and that they then will find a way to lose it. Florio’s pick: Lions 24, Vikings 20.
…………….
This is a difficult game to predict for many reasons. Including, the emotional factor after the 1 point loss in Green Bay that was heavily influenced by officiating. The Lions injury situation seems uncertain along the Offensive Line, Defensive Line, and Secondary.

View from the other side: Lions vs. Vikings
…………
The Eagles were primarily beat using Zone Coverage against the Vikings. The Lions are primarily a man to man Defensive team, with plenty of bump and run coverage. I tbink this works in the Lions favor.

Detroit Lions vs. Minnesota Vikings: Scouting report, prediction
……………
Even though the Lions have the advantage at QB, IMHO the Vikings have the better roster. If this game with the current situations the respective teams have was in Minneapolis, the Vikings would be tbe clear favorite. In Detroit, it's a game that could go either way.

Quandre Diggs activated by Lions; Da’Shawn Hand out again
………………
Quandre Diggs made a huge tackle vs. the LA Chargers that helped lead to the interception by Darius Slay off of Philip Rivers on the same series of downs. That was a difference making play by Diggs . Having Diggs back today could easily be the difference in this game.
