Even if the Lions plans are to try to sign Travis Fulgham to the Practice Squad if he clears waivers, the Lions consider him expendable. This is based on the Lions exposing Fulgham to waivers. Even though Fulgham performed well on Special Teams in the pre-season, the team brass doesn't think he can offer enough overall to remain on the roster at this time.
