This is definitely the most adverse injury situation the Lions have had yet this season.
It's far from a given that Matthew Stafford will finish this game. The bye is coming at a good time.
The loss of Darius Slay is enormous. That proved to be the case in Chicago last November.
Only having 5 Defensive Lineman against the Chiefs Offense doesn't bode well.
The experience of Danny Amendola is difficult to replace. But compared to the other injuries the Lions are dealing with, it's a lesser ( relatively speaking ) concern on this end.
My prediction is Chiefs 41, Lions 24.
The Lions having a huge uphill battle to pull out a victory today. The team's running game must be differential for the Lions to have more than a snowball's chance to win the game.
