Hopefully, the neck injury that Jalen Reeves-Maybin suffered in the Lions win over the Packers last Sunday isn't career threatening or even a season ending injury. When it comes to neck injuries, with a player placed on IR, it's very concerning.
More than anything regarding football contribution, the Lions are going to miss the Special Teams contribution that JRM has provided.
