Regarding when Frank Ragnow is cleared to play again in a game for the Lions, so much depends the risk of a complete pectoral tendon tear, the risk of a different injury when trying to compensate for the partially torn pectoral tear, and Frank Ragnow's pain threshold? Regarding the latter, Ragnow has a history of playing with injuries that would have sidelined most (probably the vast majority) of NFL players.
