Detroit Lions re-sign C.J. Moore after yearlong gambling suspension

C.J. Moore is fortunate the Lions are giving him another opportunity. Quintez Cephus is fortunate that the Bills are giving him an opportunity.
Because C.J. Moore has familiarity with the Lions Defensive and Special Teams systems, he has a track record of being a high caliber Special Teams player, and that he can provide decent depth at Safety, my guess is Moore is going to be on the Lions opening day 53 man roster. That could change if the Lions sign a higher end Safety.
