Even if Deebo Samuel doesn't practice all week, it's very realistically possible he will play in this game. For how many snaps and how effective Deebo will be, if he plays, is probably the # 1 question mark for this game.

Providing Sam LaPorta has at least one limited practice this week, I think there's a very good chance he will play in the game. Right now, I'm optimistic LaPorta will play.

The loss of Jonah Jackson is something the Lions have had all week to prepare for. On the other hand, the 49ers had all week to prepare for the Lions not having Jackson for this game. The play of Kayode Awosika, Jackson's expected replacement again, could very realistically be the difference in this game.
