Lions injury update after a physical Week 2 loss

Of the Lions players dealing with injuries, that currently are on the 53 man roster, the only one who appears to be headed to In-Season/ Short Term IR in the next couple of days is James Houston.
The Lions already have an open roster spot. With Big V being out with a knee, Kayode Awosika, who was elevated from the Practice Squad for the Seahawks game, probably will be signed from the Practice Squad.
DE Raymond Johnson III more likely than not will either be signed by the Lions from the Practice Squad or elevated from the Practice Squad for the Falcons game. Johnson had strong pre-season for the Bengals but got caught in a numbers game with their cutdown to 53. Johnson has become a huge X factor, regarding the outcome of the Lions season. My guess is he's going to be signed from the Lions Practice Squad this week, as Josh Paschal and James Houston aren't going to be ready to play anytime soon.

Amon-Ra St. Brown sidelined from Lions practice with injury

As important as this game is, the Lions brass has to seriously consider sitting out Amon-Ra St. Brown against the Falcons. Both, from the standpoint of the Lions playing in Green Bay next Thursday Night and the risk of St. Brown missing much (or all ) of the remainder of the season if he comes back too soon.
I'm not sure if Josh Reynolds came into practice today with the groin injury. If Reynolds doesn't practice tomorrow, then it's likely he suffered the injury in practice today.

Amon-Ra St. Brown returns to Lions practice, Taylor Decker ramps up activity

The news on Amon-Ra St. Brown seems encouraging. Tomorrow's practice should provide a better indication of whether he will play vs. the Falcons.
It's good to see that Josh Reynolds wasn't mentioned in the article.
I would currently be surprised if Taylor Decker plays against the Falcons. Hopefully, Decker will be cleared for the game in Green Bay.
Unless Kerby Joseph practices tomorrow, it's unlikely he will play vs. the Falcons.

No surprise at all, regarding Big V and Emmanuel Moseley being ruled out for the Falcons game.
