Hopefully, Khalil Dorsey's illness isn't a long term concern. I'm more concerned his well being as a person than about whether he's able to play for the Lions again this season or at any time beyond this season.

It's great to see Khalil Dorsey healthy enough to practice with the Lions again.

If all goes well with Dorsey this week in practice and afterwards, there's a good chance he will be activated from IR.

It's also great to see Josh Pascal healthy enough to practice with the Lions again.

As expected, Paschal wasn't activated from IR for this game.

Barring a major setback, I expect Paschal to be activated to the Lions 53 man roster sometime before the deadline for Paschal to be activated.

With the Lions having a bye during the week the 21 day window deadline occurs, I believe the Lions will have until sometime the following week (leading up to the game at the LA Chargers) to make the decision on whether to activate Paschal.
