This will be the first of two Lions National TV games against another 'Cat' team. The Lions are on the road against the Carolina Panthers on Friday Night, August 25, which is the pre-season finale for both teams.

With the Lions hosting the Jaguars in Joint Practices tomorrow and Thursday, I'm anticipating both teams will keep some relatively healthy starters on the bench in Saturday's pre-season game.

Chances are good that Teddy Bridgewater will play vs. the Jaguars tomorrow. My guess is probably at least two possessions.

Julian Okwara was a 3rd Round Pick in 2020 (Pick # 67).

Germain Ifedi will likely get at least some game reps at LT, after practicing at LT during the week. Because Ifedi is better suited to play RT and probably RG as well, I hope that he also gets some snaps at one of those positions in this pre-season game.
