If Jamison Williams is active for the Jaguars game, which I don't expect, it's very likely that Williams would only see game action in a one or two packages.

The risk of using Jamison Williams as a Punt Gunner is greater than the reward. The same with using Jamison Williams in any Special Teams role. Criticism is warranted.
