Detroit Lions free agency preview: Could ex-Seahawks LB Bobby Wagner be a fit?
...........
Jalen Reeves-Maybin forced fumbles at Minnesota and in Atlanta, late in games in the 2021 season. JRM gave the Lions a chance to win those games, which the Lions didn't end up winning. I hope the Lions and JRM can work out a contract that would make sense for both parties. At the very least, JRM is a high caliber Special Teams player, who would provide good depth at Linebacker.
I expressed the following in the ' Falcons 20, Lions 16 : Game # 15 ( 2021 ) ' thread.

**** For a long time, I have been of the opinion that Foyesade Oluokun is one of the most underrated players in the NFL. The Falcons have many position units they need to upgrade. But there off the ball LBs. (Deion Jones is their other starter ) are amongst the best in the NFL. Mykal Walker impressed me in this game as well.
Foyesade Oluokun is listed at 6-2" /215. Despite Oluokon being very undersized bulk wise, he's the expected higher priced Off the Ball FA LB I hope the Lions sign. I'm not against the Lions signing Bobby Wagner or De'Vondre Campbell if the price is not through the roof. Oluokun is younger though, not turning 27 until August. Oluokon is a playmaking machine! If the Falcons previous regime ( prior to 2020 ) was still in place, Oluokon likely would have been re-signed already.

Cardinals release Jordan Hicks
Vikings agree to terms with Jordan Hicks
.........
Unlike when Jordan Hicks was with the Eagles, he was durable during his time with the Cardinals.
Solid addition for the Vikings. Hicks should help the Vikings run Defense and he's coming off his highest sack total (4) in a season. Whether Hicks can get back to the level early in his career when he was a playmaker in coverage will go along way in whether he's on the field in most expected passing situations.
The Vikings are apparently going to a 3-4 Defense, with a new regime in place. Whether they will retain UFA Anthony Barr is one of the key Vikings questions of the off-season?
