Glover Quin, who was released by the Lions in February, is currently # 71 on the list.

Going back to the previous message in this thread, the Lions were the only team through this point in time to sign a RFA to an offer sheet ( Rams RB Malcolm Brown ).
If the Lions don't address LB in the draft in a major way, Jamie Collins is someone who the Lions might make a serious attempt to sign.

Compensatory pick formula gets turned off on Tuesday

My take regarding the Lions is the team won't get any 2020 Compensatory Picks. Hence, I don't think that Bob Quinn has held back on signing any UFAs this year because of the Compensatory Picks factor.
On the other hand, it's realistically possible that Ziggy Ansah will get an offer(s) as early as tomorrow by teams like the Ravens and Seahawks.
